Restoring Sovereignty: A Constitutional Freedom Movement

Preamble

We, the citizens of South Dakota, in faithful recognition of our duty to preserve liberty, justice, and sovereignty, do hereby declare that the United States federal government has overstepped its lawful bounds and ceased to represent the will and welfare of the people.

The Founders, in their wisdom, gave the states a lawful means to correct such imbalance—Article V of the U.S. Constitution.

Findings

We declare the following conditions as just cause for immediate constitutional remedy through Convention of the States:

• That Congress has abdicated its responsibility to represent the citizenry in favor of corporate donors, financial institutions, and entrenched special interests.
  
• That the national debt has become a mechanism of enslavement, with future generations born into bondage.
  
• That corporations, through the abuse of personhood and trust loopholes, have acquired the rights of citizens while evading their responsibilities.
  
• That the people have been subjected to mass surveillance, digital control, and unjust fines or penalties issued by machines—violating the spirit of the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
  
• That land ownership has concentrated into the hands of billionaires and foreign actors, dispossessing local communities and eroding self-governance.
  
• That lawful access to health, housing, clean food, and dignified work has been undermined by systems that prioritize profit over people.
  

Declaration

We, the undersigned and represented citizens of South Dakota, do hereby call upon our legislature to pass a resolution under Article V of the U.S. Constitution, demanding a Convention of the States for the sole and specific purpose of:

• Ending the legal fiction of corporate personhood
  
• Outlawing usury, debt profiteering, and the sale of citizen debt without consent
  
• Repealing unconstitutional surveillance powers, such as those enabled by the Patriot Act
  
• Restoring land ownership, food sovereignty, and natural rights to the people
  
• Declaring a lawful, moral Jubilee, including debt relief and structural reset
  

We further demand that this convention be limited in scope to the aforementioned remedies and binding in obligation to the ratification process outlined in Article V.

Conclusion

This is not an act of rebellion—it is an act of restoration. The Founders anticipated this moment and gave us the tools to meet it with peace, wisdom, and resolve.

Let this declaration mark the beginning of a new era in American law and liberty—where the Constitution once again serves the people, not the powerful.
